1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Dream Grid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service. These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

2. What is Dream Grid

Dream Grid ("the Service") is a platform for the voluntary sharing of personal human dreams, goals, and aspirations. The Service works by selling a virtual "spot" on an interactive virtual map of the world, where anyone may share their dream through text and, depending on the tier purchased, photo, video, and gallery images.

Dream Grid takes on no obligation, responsibility, or guarantee regarding the fulfillment or realization of any dream shared on the platform. Dream Grid does not accept, process, hold, or transmit any payments related to the fulfillment or realization of a dream — the only payment handled by Dream Grid is the one-time payment for the virtual spot itself, as described on our Pricing page.

3. Age requirement

Dream Grid is intended for people 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. See our Privacy Policy for more.

4. User accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide an accurate email address when creating an account.

5. User content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Dream Grid — your dream's title, description, photos, videos, and linked media ("User Content"). By submitting it, you grant Dream Grid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the Service (on the map, in Explore, and on your dream's page) for as long as your dream stays active.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you publish, and you confirm you have the right to publish it. Dream Grid does not verify the copyright status, ownership, or authenticity of any photo, video, or other material submitted by users — including material found publicly available elsewhere on the internet — and Dream Grid is not obligated to check this. Dream Grid is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from User Content.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, contact us at hello@dreamgrid.ink and we will review it.

6. Prohibited content

When using Dream Grid, you agree not to publish content that:

Dream Grid may remove any content that violates these rules and may suspend or terminate the account of a user who repeatedly or seriously violates them, as described in Section 7.

7. Our right to remove content and suspend accounts

We may remove any dream or other content that violates these Terms — whether flagged through a user report or found through our own review — without prior notice. We may also suspend or permanently close an account that repeatedly or seriously violates these Terms. We aim to be fair and proportionate, but the final decision about what stays on the platform is ours.

8. Payments and refunds

Dream Grid tiers are one-time payments, processed securely through PayPal. Dream Grid does not store your payment card details.

If your payment was completed but your dream was not successfully published due to a technical error, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment by contacting hello@dreamgrid.ink. Once a dream has been successfully published, refunds are not available, as the spot and its content immediately become part of the live Service.

As stated in Section 2, payments made through Dream Grid are solely for the virtual spot and its features — they are not donations, pledges, or payments toward fulfilling the dream itself.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Dream Grid is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of any dream's content or location.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Grid's total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Account termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, as described in Section 7, or if we discontinue the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Dream Grid grows. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
